I and some friends came to a late lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We didn't see any servers, so we set ourselves. After about 10 minutes a waitress came by and gave us menus and brought us some cutlery (6 knives, 7 napkins... and 4 forks for a group of 5). We ordered some drinks that came about 5 minutes later. The drinks were mixed so that we sorted it ourselves (no big deal) and the waitress took our order. When we went about the orders, my friend asked about the soups, but was politely said they had no soup that day. Then she asked for curly pommes and said they had also run out of them. My favourite pub in the Fraser Valley love the location, on the river. They have great food are not pretentious in any way . . . and Brian, the owner, is such a good guy. He has a great relaxed management style but is no pushover. And I've heard lots of other folks say that The Cabin has THE best Nachos in the Fraser Valley.
We were away from this pub a few years ago because of a disappointing dinner. We chose both the Reuben Sandwiches. One of us had one side of Caesar, the other was a Greek salad/ The sandwiches were super, very tasty....The salads were excellent. Many olives and feta for the Greek salad. Great service.
