The location was convenient, and the staff were generally polite and helpful, but the condition of the hotel itself left something to be desired. The building is clearly older, and it shows – both in the dated decor and the general wear and tear throughout the rooms and common areas. My room was fairly clean, but there was a noticeable musty smell that lingered throughout the stay, which made it hard to fully relax. The bed was decent and the bathroom functional, though the fixtures could use an update. Basic amenities were provided, but don’t expect any extras or luxury touches. I had a great experience at Hotel Eden. Everything was clean and well organized, the service was excellent, and the staff had a great attitude throughout our stay. The food was tasty, and the room was neat and comfortable. Overall, a very pleasant atmosphere highly recommended!
