I was excited to try a new breakfast spot and decided to give this place a try. My friend and I placed our names on the waiting list for faster service. When we arrived there was no hostess in the front and every employee that kept passing by would just stare and not welcome or help us. That alone made us feel unwelcomed. Then another group came after us and finally someone came to tend to us. However, they tried to sit the people that arrived after us first not even asking who was here first. I tried to let it go but then after we were sat down we waited like 15 mins to even be acknowledged and that was with me having to flag someone down because we noticed yet again that they acknowledged...

The dishes are served on broken plates, which raises concerns about possibly ingesting a shard. Considering the prices, which are not cheap, one would expect better quality in the tableware. It’s unfortunate because the flavors and quality of the food ir good. Another issue is the inconsistency in serving times; it’s very annoying when one person gets their food much earlier than the other. Hopefully, these issues will be addressed soon to improve the overall dining experience.

Good place for tasty food, but didn't appreciate the price of items. $5 for regular coffee is just too much. I tried the Chila-rrito, DO NOT BUY!!! Not worth the $18. Just because they put chilaquiles, they add another $5 from a regular burrito, that's a rip-off. Chilaquiles is the least expensive item to make. If anything, that burrito should cost less, it had very little meat.

Caramelo cafe is amazing !!! My fave breakfast spot. So small, and long wait sometimes, but worth the wait.
