Carbones never disappoints. They are a class act. The food is top notch, the cocktails are award winning, ambiance comfortable yet lively. EVERYone should experience this classic, well executed varietal Italian menu, quality ingredients and like being in the dining room of your best friend's home. All the way down to dessert, EVEN on restaurant week!!!
During restaurant week we like to go to Carbone’s as a great price for excellent food. We go there when we want a great Italian meal. When you first walk in you are greeted warmly. At Carbone’s you feel like family. Their service is fantastic as the staff takes very good care of you. You always feel very welcome in their home.
Carbone's always has great food and service in a cozy, comfortable atmosphere. But when it participates in a special promotion such as the Taste of Hartford, it embraces the event like no other local restaurant offering interesting variations on standard menu options at an incredible value. A truly impressive experience!

I visited during Taste of Hartford and the food was excellent. The service was also great and the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant.
Had a great time with friends at this restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxed and we enjoyed a leisurely meal with delicious food.
