A coworker suggested we try Carib Grille, so I decided to join them. I don't eat Jamaican food often, but I do enjoy jerk seasoning. The jerk chicken was decent, although not as spicy as I prefer. I added extra jerk sauce for a stronger kick, which improved the flavor. I like meals that have a mouth-burning sensation. I appreciated the option to choose different portion sizes, starting from $5. I opted for the mini $5 container since it was my first visit. If I'm ever in the mood for a quick meal, I would definitely consider going back. The cashier was friendly. However, I did not enjoy the strawberry lemonade, which was priced at $3. My mistake for not checking the price before ordering.
My partner and I were craving some good Caribbean food and we were not disappointed today. I ordered the ox tail with rice and beef along with macaroni salad, everything was delicious except the macaroni salad which was frozen. My partner enjoyed the jerk chicken plate with cauliflower and rice and beans. We also tried the red snapper with rice, mac and cheese, and yams, which were all delicious. We will definitely be returning. The food was almost as good as our favorite restaurant, Trini's Caribbean and Soul Food.
I order from here quite often. this is my way to Jamaican restaurant. but I have ordered today and that was not her best. my jerk is so sharp that I can't even enjoy it. the rice and the boiled, a part of the rice was still hard. I also have a small side of ochsen with extra gravy, but even my ochsen dicks do not taste as tasteful as they are in the rule. my eating was also cold. idk who was there today or whether it was super busy, but please don't fall, this is my favourite place to eat.
When I called the restaurant to speak with the manager, I was told they closed at 9:00PM and that the manager was not on duty. The person I spoke with repeatedly tried to blame the delivery service and insisted that I should have specified in my special instructions how I wanted my food packaged, which was unacceptable. This was my first and last time dining at this restaurant. I would like a refund as there was zero accountability and the staff was rude. Don't waste your time here.

Five stars...food tasted delicious rice and peas hit the mark good coconut flavored, jerk was great i like the jerk strips, coloured greens very well done. I came from d.c to hang with some family in Media Penn.. I love trying out Caribbean restaurants in different city. This place did not disappoint ??. Thank you for the Malta as well I will differently come again. The only thing that was there was some nice dancehall/soca music ???????
Idk why they have lower reviews. Their reviews on door dash are higher. I guess no one takes the time to write here. Their food is good! I got their curry goat. Candied yams could be doctored up a little more but overall it's good and affordable.
The curry goat was delicious and the greens were flavorful, although a bit greasy. I would have given it a 4.5 rating if that was an option. I will definitely be ordering it again.
Food was Good But they gave me Lil portions of It.. I ordered Oxtails rice and peas and yams they gave me about 4 and half oxtails I’m a grown man I can’t get full of that
