Caribbean Island Spice

I have waited a long time for this restraunt to deliver! This hidden gem in the west end of windsor is always a clean, friendly experience! But the food speaks for itself! I have tried just about everything on this menu and honestly you can't go wrong with any of it. Currently enjoying some jerk shrimp and goat roti and the presentation is nice, the aromas are delicious and the food taste amazing and it's still hot! Imma go enjoy this now while you order yours!

I was very disappointed. I paid $25 for a seasonal oxtail menu! No Scotch bonus, no thyme, no Pimento seeds; and whoever does not put butter beans in their ox tail should be ashamed! I swear the engraving was Poutine Gravy. The rice n peas tasted from a package (again no scalion, no scotch Bonnet; seasonal) oxtail was hard and chew! The chefs are on holiday! No one in this city knows how properly spiced Caribbean food tastes! Shame!

My new favorite place. Omg top tasty vegetarian food. Wow! And such cool vibes, friendly people here. I Shazam music while enjoying drunks at the bar...still need to try the cocktails. I don't know how to make this food myself so I'll be back for take out, too. And their fried bread product served with meals is almost preferred over Italian bread.

When I went through the door, I smelled PASSION. The living colors and warmth I felt are beyond words and expectation. The food is delicious and the kindness of the staff is amazing. Thank you for your passion in your restaurant, this is rare today. The quantities are also GENEROUS. Amazing.

Great tasting jerk chicken fall off the bone and not overly spiced. The bbq chicken was good and the spicy jamaican Patty's were awesome definitely recomend all the food .

I had 3 different meals and was never disappointed. Saltfish and Ackees are excellent. I had a pig dish that was so good that I wanted to go back in and hug the chefs.
