Caribou is a real gem for fans of Canadian cuisine! The warm and friendly atmosphere transports us directly to the heart of the traditions of the far north. The dishes, each tastier than the last, are an authentic tribute to the culinary richness of Canada. A big thank you to Edmond, who served us like kings with exemplary attention and kindness. Thanks to him, our experience at Caribou was simply unforgettable. We will come back with great pleasure!
The only fault I found there for the moment is that it's too small for the magnitude that this resto-pub deserves to have in my eyes. The food is good, the choice level drinks is more than correct and the staff is nice and enjoyable. I really advise. Students, come here for your evenings, pro tips.
Just my favorite Poitiers bar! Cocktails are very good, maple beer and cranberry beer are excellent and at very good prices. The poutines do their effect, the burgers are great and what to say of the tiramisu that is divine. Finally, the Canadian atmosphere is at the rendezvous. In a nutshell!

Like every visit, the welcome is warm, the atmosphere is very pleasant. The poutines are hearty and good, for dessert we took a gourmet coffee that was well served in cakes. We ate very well. A safe address.
Beautiful discovery, atypical and warm decor. Maple syrup cake is a slaughter. To select your custom poutine is top and generous portions.
Perfect place to drink a drink and eat if needed. Good pressure beer and those who want a little more maple syrup.
