I ordered a caramel cooler, but what I got was a lukewarm iced coffee with whipped cream on top. With inflation and high gas prices, spending $6 on coffee plus a tip feels like a luxury these days. Unfortunately, the response I got from Caribu was even colder than my drink. I think manager Hannah could use some customer service training, particularly in cultivating empathy, since it is her job to make sure that the staff knows how to prepare orders correctly.
I love Caribou, but this location is horrible if you have computer work to do. Seating is limited as are the outlets for charging devices. Additionally, staff did not seem to know what coffee is being served when asked, and even after I placed my order for a medium roast; when they served it to me I asked to make sure it was my order and they did not know what they poured me...
The staff at this restaurant are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making for a pleasant experience. The open layout is easily accessible and feels spacious, which adds to the overall comfort. The establishment has earned its loyal customer base, and the coffee is consistently well-roasted, with whole beans available year-round. I would rate it a 4.98!
