I’m giving this restaurant a 3-star rating primarily because of cleanliness concerns. Although I visited a few weeks ago, Google prompted me to leave a review. My drink was enjoyable, but I was very troubled by the overall cleanliness of both the store and the restroom. I find it hard to believe that the manager and staff could have used the bathroom without noticing it needed attention. The girl working there was on her own, while a guy in the back didn’t seem to help her. She was busy taking orders and preparing drinks. I really love Caribou, but this location definitely needs some improvements.

While I enjoyed my drink, the cleanliness of both the dining area and the restroom was a major issue. It's hard to believe the manager and staff don’t realize how badly the bathroom needs cleaning. There was one woman handling orders and making drinks, and a man working in the back whose role was unclear. I’m a fan of Caribou, but they definitely need to improve their cleaning.
I highly recommend stopping by the Caribou Coffee inside Lunds and Byerlys while you shop. The drinks are always top-notch, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I often pick up a cup for my wife, who really enjoys their coffee. Their baked goods are great too! I especially appreciate the quick service; my orders are typically ready in no time, so I hardly ever have to wait.
This Caribou Coffee location is an ideal spot to visit while I shop at Lunds and Byerly's. The drinks are always top-notch, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I especially love picking up a cup for my wife, as she is a big fan of their Caribbean blends. The baked goods are tasty too. My orders are consistently prepared quickly, so I rarely experience any wait time.

Caribou Coffee offers the best coffee I've ever had. Their bagels are also delightful, with the blueberry being my top pick. The café features WiFi and cozy seating, making it an ideal place to relax.
