Caribou Coffee - Reservar una mesa

Been going to this and other Caribous for years and look for to my weekly bagel, cream cheese coffee date with my husband. Two weeks ago they stopped putting the cream cheese on the bagel and put it in a plastic cup instead. Not as good because the toasted bagel cools before I can spread it on. Also they cut waaay back on the amount of cream cheese. Even when I asked for more it still wasn't enough. Also some of the staff are quite surly now. An experience that I truly looked forward to has gone from wow to meh. Not sure what happened but I want my old Caribou back!

I absolutely love the service and the drinks were perfectly blended. We also got a cake pop and some other things that were also great. We used the drive-through which was convenient and fast. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
