Caribou Coffee - Reserva de mesa

The Caribou Coffee at the Clive location has always been a fantastic spot for my hot mocha. The flavor was consistently rich and delicious every time. Unfortunately, that seems to have changed recently. When I mentioned to the barista that my mocha didn't taste right, she kindly remade it, acknowledging that the mocha mix hadn't been thoroughly blended and there was some residue left at the bottom of the pot. This explained the watery taste. Today, I stopped by on my way to work and ordered a mocha, hoping for an improvement, but to my disappointment, it was watery once again and lacked flavor. Literally the sweetest most genuine barista. Very accommodating and friendly. The coffee and food were perfect, which isn’t common with inconsistencies between shops. Anyway come here they’re so kind!

The service was good, but the person taking my order forgot to ask if I was a rewards customer. I didn't realize it until I returned today and they inquired about it.

Drive thru staff are always si friendly. The bacon gouda souflee is so good! And the hot caramel press wonderful
