Caribou Coffee - Reserva de mesa

This has always been my go-to Caribou until today. I am here almost every morning regardless of staff and product shortages (I'm a reasonable person).But today I missed the small handwritten sign on the front door that said drive thru only unless you have a mobile order'. I walked in. Everyone stared at me for 15-20 seconds then I was turned away and was told the lobby was closed unless I have a mobile order (Oops, my bad. No problem I went out in my car and began putting in my mobile order. I look up when I see a man walk inside, walk right up to the counter, pay for a drink and be serviced quickly and with what seemed like excellent customer service. Continues to mess up drinks and we even tip them ??‍ Today my boyfriend and I came together since he always goes without me. I asked for a hot campfire mocha with whole milk and white chocolate. He got a iced turtle mocha. Guess what we got? An iced campfire mocha with whole milk and white chocolate and a hot turtle mocha. He went off to work for the day and now I’m stuck with a drink I don’t like and we even tipped them. Every other time we go they mess up my drink and put in the wrong milk. How hard is it to read a screen. Thanks a lot ?

I ordered online and it took them nearly 30 mins to make my order even though it was only one drink. It really wasn't busy so I really don't know why it took them so long. On top of that, after 20 mins. some barista asked if my name was so and so and he said he'd get started on my drink right away. 10 mins later he was finished. What is wrong with this caribou wow. First and last time I'm coming to this location. Judging from the other reviews I'm reading, this place is just overall incompetent.

I have not been to this caribou for a while because they are pretty slow. Today I went and ordered ahead on the app. It took almost 20 minutes from the time I ordered on the app til when I got my order. I waited in the store for over 10 minutes and had to ask if they got my mobile order. I ordered a mint condition- they did not put coffee in it. It’s just hot chocolate. Great food, minimal wait time. The food quality is consistent with other locations. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is cleaner. Surprisingly quiet, despite being near a busy intersection. Indoor seating is available.

Excellent service, good coffee, best staff Iv seen in a while.Best part is they have a sense of humor. I cannot stress enough how much I truly hate when customer service positions require you to be a robot.

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow. The staff seem more interested in talking to each other than doing their jobs. They frequently get my orders wrong or seem unsure of what I have ordered.

Great bacon double egg breakfast sandwich. Just amazing. The lady at the drive thru here is outstanding. I'm definitely coming back.
