This place was great! The coffee, atmosphere, service, bathrooms, and price were all great! My family came here on a road trip and after finishing some of the coffees before heading out we asked for some regular coffee and were willing to pay but we got two free cups of regular coffee for free! The service here was exceptional!! I got a dairy free almond milk mocha that was one of the better dairy cree drinks I have had. I would definitely come back and would recommend this place to everyone!Parking: The parking was nice and close to the door and had good wheelchair access.Wheelchair accessibility: This had disabled access.Dietary restrictions: They had almond milk for my dairy free allergy.
Recently, a homeless man has been allowed to set up camp on the patio, right in the path that customers need to take to enter the restaurant. This situation has made me feel unsafe when trying to enter the store or while on the patio. I have reported this to management, but nothing has changed.
This location is conveniently close to my home, so I've stopped by a few times. However, each time I order an XL vanilla latte, it ends up without any vanilla. I get charged for it, but it really puts a damper on my day. The regular lattes are not good either.
I've been here several times, and everyone I've dealt with there has been very friendly and pleasant to interact with.I like that it opens up early in the morning, and I'm able make an online order and pick it up on my way to work.

I find it interesting that many recent reviews seem to be from bots. This restaurant is not great, and it appears they're using fake accounts to improve their ratings.
Caribou is always great! The 3 that I frequent anyway.Sure missed them when I was on vacation in Texas.
I get a drink here every week and it's always great. Very quick too!
