Update after owner's reply: We were group of 4 people, not 20 people. You may mistake us with other mistreated customers. I am fully aware of food price and environment in Hampton, and I have visited other restaurants in the area. You definitely haveHampton attitude, but food and service is not up to standard. It was nightmare customer service we have experienced. They were busy when we arrived. The server at the door told us to go inside register and order for dine in. While we werewalking in, an older lady with glasses (manager/owner ? yelled at us and told us to go back outside and wait on the other line. She may had a bad day, but she was definitely nasty and full of attitude. It finally sorted it out after she talked to serverat the door. I felt bad for the server after hearing their conversation, she yelled at the server for entire two minutes infront of a big crowd. After we got the food, it was a dispointment. Portion was small for both food and drink, definitelyover price for what they charge. The bread for roasted beef sandwiches was very tough, my teeth hurt so much that I can'tfinish the other half. I hope the management can see this and improve customer service. Nobody deserves what we experienced.

This is a hard place to rate. The coffee is very good. The pastries and snacks are fantastic (one of the best chocolate croissants I have had in ages. The service was quick and kind, if a bit disorganized and confusing during busy times. However, their sandwiches, which I have now had two, one bacon egg and cheese and one smoked salmon, are way to salty. It wouldn't be theworst if the sandwiches were not so expensive, it was just too much salt. Definitely go for the coffee and sweets though.

Beautiful location. It is pricey but worth it. They use local ingredients and take pride in their food quality. I had a bacon, egg and cheese and a fish sandwich which was amazing. The coffee had a beautiful presentation but I wouldn't recommend it. Stilldeserves 5 starts because I purchased a beer loaf and it had a unique taste but very fresh and delicious.

Not customer friendly! Beautiful building , great food. Lovely back of house staff. However?. No accommodation whatsoever to a sandwich without butter. Lady who took our order could not have been less interested in helping us. We were buying brunch for 12people.
