The food is good and always ready on time and the staff is super friendly. Unfortunately, I won?t be able to return there because they have a bad habit of not wearing masks. I?m not really worried about the food coming in contact with the COVID virus especially with ovens cooking at 500° F but the staff really should wear masks. That?s the second time I?ve been gone into Carla Mia for something and they?ve all been without masks. I?m 66 years old and have some secondary conditions and I just can?t take the chance.
The positives were the desserts. We enjoyed the cannoli's and the zappoles... but that's about it. The pizza was ok. Not great. Not bad. Just ok. The negatives were the fettuccine alfredo and the eggplant parm sandwich. They were both extremely dry! There was barely any sauce on either of them. Which is a shame. I'm not sure if I would order from here again unless they double or probably even tripled up on the sauce... Delivery was good. It was on time and the driver was friendly.

This is the second time my order has been messed up. This time, I ordered an eggplant parmesan, and the employee insisted that it was indeed eggplant parmesan. However, when I got home, I discovered that they had simply taken some chopped meatballs and flattened them to resemble eggplant parmesan. I won’t be going back again. Food: 1/5.
