Having read good reviews on TA for this little place, we decided to book a table for our anniversary. I even mentioned this in our booking…. It’s situated a little way from a busy road. It’s a popular restaurant and they turned customers away, even though tables remained empty all evening. The waitress showed us to our table and gave us menus. We mentioned that it was our anniversary to her, she knew nothing about it. We ordered our sharing starter and main courses, in my case both were fish. Then we were given an ‘amuse bouche’ nachos with chilli con carne. I am unable to eat beef as it makes me quite ill. We mentioned this to the waitress, she said did you not let us know before hand? Well...
Every time we come to Costa Adeje we always have to visit Carlos. The ambience of the place is what does it for me every time I visit. The food is spectacular, we went on Wednesday and I had the most amazing mushroom starter followed by a Thai green curry. I've never had a Thai green curry before but it was so delicious that I will definitely be having a few more of these in the future. My partner had the lamb dish and he said it was lovely, comes served with roasted potatoes and veg. We decided that we would have the lemon cheesecake for dessert and we weren't disappointed. wonderful. during the busiest times we have dried up and a table for three (no reservation) they managed to impress us (it was not a quetsch at all. it was very comfortable.) eating was amazing. the chili chicken was ace, the special duo of fish was top knots, and the carlos mushroom star was simply scrummy. if they have made their home banoffee pier of the offer, then they would be stupid not to order it!
Fantástico. Muy recomendable. Vino aquí hace tres años en la altura de Covid y lo que un hermoso hallazgo. Tres años después todavía la misma comida fantástica y excelente servicio. Se van de camino para hacerte sentir bienvenido. PERO, ten cuidado ordenando un starter porque te traen un appetiser de todos modos : Mira Carlos si estás en Adeje. Visited this hidden gem of a restaurant that is off the beaten track of all the other restaurants and we were not disappointed. From the minute we arrived the staff made us feel welcome and were attentive through out. Food was amazing and cooked to high standard also reasonably priced. The cheesecake is a must to try Surroundings clean and well furnished. Toilets spotless. Highly recommend

Otra excelente comida, acompañada de un servicio excepcional. Vine aquí en marzo de 2023 con mi esposa y amigos y tuvimos una noche fantástica. Esta vez fue para unos días de golf con los chicos, ¡pero me aseguré de reservar de nuevo! Hemos probado varias comidas ahora y todas han sido excelentes. ¡Volveremos en 2024 y volveremos a visitar!
