Overall, a great but disappointing experience. Starting with the pros; The customer service was excellent. I had heard great things about this and they lived up to expectations. The atmosphere was pleasant and very welcoming. The drink range was great and reasonably priced. MOST of the food was excellent quality, however, this leads to my one major con. The steak I ordered. I opted for the 19oz T-Bone as it was the days special at just under £30. All the accompaniments were great, onion rings were crisp as were the fries, the gorgonzola sauce was delicious but the steak. We visited Carlos on Friday to have dinner with friends we hadn’t seen in six months, and we all had a great time. The service was good, and the staff were friendly. While there were a few new employees, some of the long-term staff members were still around. It was quite busy, with several large groups present, but that didn’t affect the quality of our service. I suppose when large groups are involved, there will always be some who are looking for something to complain about. Get a life!

I've been a customer for many years and have always appreciated Nino's Cliviger, as I live nearby and have used it for family events. However, during my recent visits, my family has been disappointed with the quality of the food. We recently celebrated my daughter's birthday at Carlos, and we loved everything about it—the food, the restaurant layout, and the staff were all excellent. From now on, my family and I will always choose Carlos. The competition simply cannot compare.

had nice meal at carlo’s and chose the £11,95 for 2 courses and the choices were very good. if they add the food and atmosphere, would recommend carlos, even if it is only a week pleasure or a special celebration. 5 stars for eating, personal and atmosphere they will not be disappointed. I’ve been visiting Carlos for over fifteen years, and during that time, I’ve never had a bad meal. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful. I would definitely recommend it!

Regular customers at Carlos as we love the food and the atmosphere. Have cheap pizza pasta nights which is something like £4.95.
