The food is not the problem here, but it seems like this store doesn't know how to take a customized order from online services. Almost every time I order, the food comes out wrong because they fail to read the customization comments. The first severaltimes, I didn't even call for a refund as I understand mistakes happen, but I have made them aware and they still don't know howto follow instructions and still most of my orders come inaccurate. You are a restaurant and people have certain dietary andneeds and wants.... not everyone wants your default configuration of a dish. It is called learning your craft! Your food isgood, but what's the point if I can't eat it?
Ran in for a quick few slices of Pizza and the girl behind the counter was so rude with her eye rolling skills when I was asking how much a slice with topings is going for these days, I walked out. I don't need an attitude from staff when I'm a paying customer. The place was empty of customers anyways. Maybe people are fed up with snarky attitudes. I sure AM. The staff could have just been kind to help me order a few different slices of pizza. I decided it was best to move along!! Going to our normal pizza place instead where they value customers. We went out of our way today to support local. Would have been a first try for us.

I tried to order delivery and they couldnot find my address even though I live 12minutes away, despite me spelling it out multiple times to someone with an attitude.Sat on hold for a while and then called it quits. I don't care how good the food looks I won't ever call or attempt to orderagain.

So, we were a bit in trouble because we were late with ordering a few catering items for the 4th OJ weekend. Went online through EZ cater and Carlos Gourmet Pizzeria pops up. Reviews looked good. We gave it a shot. It was GREAT!. The food arrived on time (and we even changed the time less than a day before), it was hot (still had to come from 8+ miles) and everything was delicious (veal and eggplant rollatini). What a great surprise and discovery. We will return with orders.

Pizza was great as usual. But the delivery guy is ALWAYS so nice. A genuinely happy dude. Joe with the tattoos always upbeat and friendly. Quick delivery everytime and always has something nice to say. Can't say enough good things about him. Great job dude. If ya ever give up pizza delivery I got a taxi cab with your name on it Joe??
Ordered back to back and i wished i took pictures of yesterdays feast instead of todays lonely lunch lol pizza is good , kids loved the chicken tenders w honey mustard.. caesar and buffalo wraps are delish.. altho i prefer the buffalo wraps more.. penne with vodka sauce also delish and thanks for accommodating my small requests !!

Love this pizza place. Our neighborhood go-to for late night pizza slice for kids or at home family dinner catering. Extensive menu, food is always fresh and yummy, ready in a matter of minutes, whether for pick-up or delivery. Very nice staff, includingthe nicest delivery guy I’ve ever met.
We had an awesome private party in their dining room. So easy to work with and the pizza and appetizers were awesome. We had a memorable party for our wedding eve!
