Honestly I don’t like reviews because most people I find just want to complain. I want to say that I really like this place. It was kid afternoon so it was empty. Which is more to my liking. The decor is nice. Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. Most importantly the food was delicious and the portions are filling. My wife had the wise guy and I had the Sausage Nepalitona. I found my dish to be delicious and the seasoning was excellent. I have read some reviews that were critical of how the exterior looked but for me it’s the food that matters and this place really delivers. I took my son and daughter in law to Carlo’s again, and again. The ladies that serve you are friendly and warm and want you to enjoy your experience. We loved the veal dishes and the quality of the home recipes you can taste. Such flavor and great portions. Ownership is always there and they take pride in every dish that comes out of the kitchen. Try any of the veal dishes and the fish specials are to die for. This is a gem for locals and it many people know about it-very unassuming but warm and relaxing. Come on a weeknight or a weekend. Cockeysville’s lucky to have them.. 5 star food!! Love it love it love it...

This delightful restaurant is somewhat concealed behind its industrial facade. I visited at noon and experienced no wait time at all; it was just the manager and me. I ordered the Misto Italian Salad, which was enormous, fresh, and delicious. It was so large that I took half of it home! The meal came with a small piece of wonderfully fluffy bread that practically melted in my mouth. The music playing in the background consisted of old folk songs that I hadn't heard in decades. Overall, it's a hidden gem that you definitely don't want to miss!

Wow! This place never disappoints. Seafood, pasta, veal, chicken and all the classic combinations. Kim, our waitress, was a dream and couldn't be friendlier. She was a true professional. When you go, finish off with the Lemoncello cake...light, fresh,and delicious (you were right Kim). What a great experience and can't wait to have my leftovers tomorrow. Brava! Great restaurant, superb food. We frequent there often and were never disappointed in the slightest. Quality, taste of food and portions are amazing. My personal favourite are the seafood dishes. Their soups are outstanding and they have the best breadaround. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating. We love the Bistro ?

Local Italian restaurant with casual but attentive service. Small wine list with different house wines and some by-the bottle. The Shrimp Pomodoro with Fatuccini (substituted Pomodoro instead of Marinara) was delicious!

My family has enjoyed several excellent dinners here. The shrimp and chicken rose is excellent, as is everything else we have tried. I highly recommend as a great Italian dinner spot.
