I pulled back up to the window, where a wonderfully attentive and charming female manager welcomed me and asked how she could assist. I mentioned the missing cream, and she smiled, apologized, and handed me a small paper bag with the cream and a stirrer. She was very friendly and even gave me a voucher for my next visit.

This is a typical Carl's Jr. Green Burrito location, known for its large burgers at affordable prices. The restaurant was clean, with tables that were wiped down and no debris on the floor. It was well-maintained and had a pleasant atmosphere. The staff was attentive as well. Additionally, Carl's Jr. offers fantastic coupons, including some that provide free items!
I don't want to sound too critical, but I've observed that the new staff is having a tough time. I had to pay extra for our order, and they even forgot some toppings on my hamburger. I miss how things used to be—my burger doesn't taste the same anymore. They really need to consider bringing in more experienced staff.

I've often ordered from you before, but my latest experience was disappointing. I ordered a hand-breaded chicken combo meal, and while everything else was fine, the sandwich was simply a piece of meat wrapped in lettuce. I'm not sure if I'll order from you again.
