I've had some negative experiences with customer service here, which is why I typically avoid this place, even though it's close to my house. However, tonight I decided to stop by after work since I discovered that their drive-thru is open 24 hours. The woman working the drive-thru was incredibly nice and helpful, and I was genuinely surprised by how great she was with customers. I hadn't encountered such good service here in over six months! This positive experience has encouraged me to give the place another chance, hoping they continue to hire better staff. Great job tonight—I really appreciated it, and the late hours are a big plus!

Over the past few weekends, I've visited this place to enjoy their loaded breakfast burrito, which has always been fantastic. However, I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from a Hispanic lady and an Asian gentleman—though I’m sorry I don't remember her name. I typically don’t write reviews due to my busy schedule, but the consistently great service compelled me to express my gratitude. Thank you both! Keep up the good work!

Customer service is exceptional here. No matter who you are, what you look like, or how much money you have to spend you are greated just the same as yhe next. I have never felt so welcomed at any fast food restaurant like I was here. Everytime you will be greeted by a very knowledgeable outgoing staff member. Thanks!

It is open 24 hours I like, and also not so crowded in the night for the ride thru. Just what I can say that I don't like depends on what you order you have to drag you into the parking lot if your order is not done, even if the line is empty.
