I only planned to stop in for a quick restroom break, but I couldn't resist ordering a cheeseburger, hot chili, and a lemonade. The cheeseburger was fresh and tasty, and the chili was nothing short of fantastic—really exceptional! The lemonade was also quite refreshing. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone. Just a heads-up: the spicy chili smell tends to stick to you, but I’m sure you can request your hamburger without the peppers if that's more your style.
I saw some reviews suggesting that the night staff wasn't the best, but my experience was very positive. When I approached the counter, the cashier quickly took my order. I must say he appeared a bit tired and wasn't overly friendly, but that's to be expected at 4 in the morning. The food was prepared promptly and served warm. Overall, I had a great experience. I'd like to thank Cameron, the cashier, as well as the other staff and supporters for their service.
I was disappointed with the quality and prices at Carl's Jr. While I don’t have high expectations for fast food, paying $27 for a Famous Star combo and a chicken sandwich felt excessive. The chicken sandwich alone cost $10.30 and was small and unimpressive. If you do choose to visit and use the drive-thru, bring a passenger to help, as it can be a bit challenging. Needless to say, I won’t be returning.
The manager is a remarkably friendly and warm person. In contrast to his staff, he takes the initiative to clean the restrooms, handle the register, and pick up litter to ensure the restaurant remains presentable from the outside. This Carl’s Jr. location didn’t include all the ingredients I expected. I ordered a Big Carl but only got one slice of cheese instead of the two that should have been there. This is the second time this has happened. I tried calling the number on the receipt, but no one answered either of the phone numbers.
The Carl burger was very juicy. The breakfast burritos were a bit bland and lacked flavor. However, I usually enjoy your food, which is why I’m giving you 4 stars. You’re typically a 5-star experience.
The customer service could use a bit more friendliness and warmth. Unfortunately, the bathroom was unavailable, which meant we couldn’t wash our hands—definitely a letdown.
