This spot is really convenient for me on the way to work and I always think I need to stop there for breakfast and take it in for the team but doing so this morning didn 't prove to be very positive transaction. David, maybe the manager, was the only one in there and doing a great job at taking orders and delivering product. The product was were the problem was. $7 for the chicken/waffle sandwich... let 's just say that wasn 't a window banner Front Foward price point I would have paid had I seen it. Enough being petty about the price on that the chicken was fresh, the waffle was bland and crumbly but the side of the hot honey sauce pushed the bar to 4 stars rather than 3. The biscuits were dry and crumbly and even HARD around the edge. I would have given these 2 stars. Overall, breakfast sandwiches should be somewhat edible as a sandwich and everything I ordered fell apart and left a large percentage of the bread/waffle in the wrapper. To be clear, David is the 4th star in this review.

4 Western Bacon Cheeseburger ordered. Let me just say they're excellent. I was really surprised because the other one on the beach is not so great. This one on Trask and Beach Blvd has his stuff together. Thank you for the good food.

my friend and I went today my friend bought eating and just bc my friend spill water in the front at the side door, the manager david le was really crazy kick us out of the place and was really rude and unprofessional.

this place is known for harmful compliance. I said to move forward and wait a long time. when I got my food and went home. the burger was burned to my surprise.
