Carl's Jr. used to be the benchmark for fast-food burgers, but after several visits in the last six months, it hasn't improved. The burgers and chicken patties are thin, masked by excessive lettuce, served on small buns, and accompanied by flat drinks. I once paid $8 for a breakfast burrito that looked like it was made by a toddler. The prices definitely don’t match the quality. Additionally, one of the food handlers had a large, unkempt head of hair and wasn’t wearing any hair covering.
This restaurant really needs to close its doors. The food is awful, and they consistently mess up my orders. I asked for well-done fries, but received old, soggy ones instead. If I want Carl's Jr., I'll happily drive to Chestnut, even though this place is just two blocks from my home. They really need to shut down this establishment.
At Carl's Jr., my order was incorrect. I requested two burgers but only received one. Additionally, the portion of CrissCut Fries was very small—barely enough for a single serving despite ordering two from the menu.

The staff at this restaurant were friendly and welcoming. However, it would be fantastic to have more vegetarian options on the menu, like veggie patties, rather than just relying on Beyond Meat.
This is a solid fast food place with great shakes, but I found that a combo meal with a shake for one person cost over $20! The prices are a little high for a drive-thru fast food restaurant.
The food was still steaming when it arrived, and when I called to ask for some of their sauces, they were very accommodating. I'm already considering placing a second order!
