I love carls, but sometimes the microphone does not work, and communication is difficult. the up-sale application then causes a simple order to be a long extended nightmare. they ask themselves, they are angry because I have no more orders they ask you again and again: do you want something more? and it never stops. I asked her five or six times, is that all, sir? do you want cake? smoothie? blah blah blah blah blah blah and once that I have actually canceled the job and. the person behind me forced to backup. they call their head office to complain and they have an answer machine. Carls eating is the best notch. but their TV ads are sad, and their service is really terrible through their ow...

Disappointed the lobby was closed until further notice because I was on a lunch break and had to eat in my car. Tried the new honey chicken sandwich and it was alright but nothing special. A little dry since the drizzle of spicy honey is really the only condiment. Couldn't taste the cheese either because of the honey. $8 for just the sandwich which is a bit pricey, but everything at Carl's is a little pricey these days. They should really offer more promos/coupons like McDonald's and Burger King does on their apps. I would probably give this trip a 3 star, but the Western Bacon Cheeseburger has a special place in my heart so I'll go easy.

ordered and paid for $30 worth of food for 2 ppl to get there and be told that they don't get the order! I said there was an order number and a digital entry that says I paid for an order here. the person on the other side of the loudspeaker only said that we didn't get it and offered no other help until I had suggested to come inside to show him my reception. then he just said move forward and we'll look at it. so it took about 20 minutes in a trip thru it took 20 minutes to pick up a contract that was paid for 20 minutes before I even went home. I will not go back to this place, and it is the closest to my home.

I would advise caution when visiting this restaurant. I was charged an extra $6 to upsize my combo to a large, and they also charged me more for a breakfast combo, claiming it was now lunch time. It seemed as if they assumed I was a novice drive-thru customer. Overall, I felt deceived and robbed of my money by their dishonest practices. Reserva una mesa ahora

This place has the best burger in the world. The double western bacon burger is the most delicious burger I have ever tasted. I personally don't like onion rings, so I always ask for them to be removed when I order. If you enjoy spice, this burger is also amazing with jalapeños! You can thank me later.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with tomato for an additional $0.35. I also requested ranch dressing, but they informed me that they did not have any. I was okay with that, but they did not provide me with any other condiments to use instead.

Carl's Jr is lame. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off when I buy food at Carl's. The prices are that of some premium burgers, but you get mediocre burgers

I can't complain about the customer service at Carl's Jr - it's the best ever! The staff is so cheerful and attentive.
