Disappointed the lobby was closed until further notice because I was on a lunch break and had to eat in my car. Tried the new honey chicken sandwich and it was alright but nothing special. A little dry since the drizzle of spicy honey is really the only condiment. Couldn't taste the cheese either because of the honey. $8 for just the sandwich which is a bit pricey, but everything at Carl's is a little pricey these days. They should really offer more promos/coupons like McDonald's and Burger King does on their apps. I would probably give this trip a 3 star, but the Western Bacon Cheeseburger has a special place in my heart so I'll go easy.

Ordered and paid for $30 worth of food for 2 ppl to get there and be told they didn?t get the order! I said it have an order number and digital receipt that says I paid for an order here. The person on the other side of the speaker just kept saying we didn?t get it. And didn?t offer any other assistance until I suggested coming inside to show him my receipt. Then he said just pull forward and we?ll look at it. So it took about 20 mins in a drive thru it took 20 mins to get to to pick up an order that was paid for 20 mins before I even left home. I will not be going back to this location unfortunately, and it?s the closest to my home.

The best burger in the world is from this place. The double western **** is the most delicious burger I've ever tried. Personally, I don't like onion rings, so I removed it when ordering. If you like spices, this burger is also bomb with Jalapeños! Thank you later.
Basic food, easy to make, customer service is okay to, theh at least look at me in the eye and smile.. andthat makes me feel trusting

Place is clean and safe for it's area. Usually transients and ne'erdowells annoying people but not lately
This place is amazing, there are great selection of food and it is delicious
