Carl's Jr. - Reserva de mesa

I have been to this restaurant about three times and it has been the worst experience every time. The first time, my soda tasted weird, my fries were burnt, and my order was incorrect. The second time, my brother found a fly in his burger and one of the employees was rude to him. Now, with my most recent order that I received about 10 minutes ago, the fries are burnt and the chicken burger is disgusting. I was also informed that my burger was prepared by someone without gloves on, making it unsanitary to eat here. I will definitely not be returning. I would rate this experience a 2 out of 10.

Avoid this place at all costs. I have visited four times and each time I have been let down. Although I enjoy the crispy chicken sandwich, the patties are mostly filler. At $12.40, the meal should come with a real chicken breast, not just a few small pieces of actual chicken. The prices here are higher than other Carl's Jr. locations, making it seem like the owner is only interested in making a profit. Save your money and do not visit this restaurant.

I ordered a large serving of onion rings and specifically requested them to be fresh. However, I was given a small order of burnt rings with only one ranch dressing. When I raised this issue to the Supervisor, he promised to rectify the mistake. Unfortunately, upon returning, I was once again served another burnt order of rings. I would advise dining elsewhere if you enjoy Carl's Jr.

Make sure you repeat the order back to them and verify they get it right. I ordered something got something else and the person giving me the order was argued about what I ordered. Wait time is also more than what a fast food place should make people wait...waited for the meal, then waited some more for the right meal smh Reserva una mesa ahora

Was out of several things...like drink cups?? Who do you not have cups in stock? Was smart final closed? Drive thru service was extremely slow... Spent 20 minutes in DT with only 4 cars in front of me.... Management and the Corp need to really fix this place or close it.

Came in here once during lunch thought it was gonna be a wait. It was actually pretty fast.. my go to spot for lunch during work now. Staff is doing a good job here.

Horrible customer service the cashiers(all three) were posted in the front on their cell phones... Requested burger extra well done the meat was pink..

Restaurant was drive thru only, and not that busy. Service was fine and food was fresh. Reserva una mesa ahora
