Ordered a Panko breaded fish sandwich because of the picture and special, advertized at the restaurant, 2 for $6. The picture showed a nice fish sandwich with lettuce and tarter sauce coming out of the sandwich on all sides. When i opened up the sandwich, all I got was a bun with what looked like a triangled fish stick with a small smidge of sauce and NO LETTUCE at all. I know things at fast food don't always look as great as the photos but if the photo clearly shows ingredients, (which they always do) those ingedients should appear on what you ordered as well. Not the end of the world, when I got home I added some lettuce from my fridge to the sandwich and all was right with the world... ex...
I would give zero stars if possible. This specific location seems more concerned with price gouging than customer service. You'd think in Utah you would get a fry sauce with a $15 dollar meal, but no they wanna squeeze another 35 cents out of you if you don't wanna eat your fries dry. Also hints at how greedy the management is when their holiday hours suggest they even make their employees work on Christmas. I wonder how much longer this location will last seeing how any time I go by there the only cars there probably belong to the employees.
My husband and I waited for just under 15 minutes and no one came to take our order. There wasn’t anyone else in the restaurant and only one car in the drive thru. There were three people that walked past us, saw us and didn’t bother to even speak. Maria was in the front the whole time with her back to us most of the time. She looked at us several times but couldn’t be bothered to even comment that she would be right with us. We will never go there again. Too bad because they could really use some customers.
Person taking orders kept talking over the person ordering food. Messed up on orders. Fries were cold. Fountain machines are watered down. Drinks were mostly water. Men's bathroom door latches are broken. The meat on the burgers was cold as well. I love carls junior. But this place is the one I will not go back to. This is definitely not worth $30 for 3 people. O yeah! Playground door have unwelcoming sign on it.

Carls is Carl's. But for all you Amazing parents out there with little ones. The playplace is pretty cool. It's large with the spiral slide which they had it when I was a kidit's even open until 8pmParking: Standard parking lot in front of a fast food place.Kid-friendliness: Cool Playland open til 8pmWheelchair accessibility: I think it's a law. The cleanliness of this restaurant was quite disappointing. Napkins were kept behind the counter, which made it inconvenient for us to clean up. I ordered the Santa Fe chicken sandwich, but it was overly processed and extremely stringy. On a positive note, the fries were fresh and tasty. However, we were not given any sauce with our chicken tenders.
The place was quite dirty, and there was no sanitizer available. It definitely needs some attention. It's no surprise we were the only ones in the play area. I really hope the food preparation area is cleaner.
Maria in the drive through is *extremely* rude. Constantly interrupts and then gets cranky when I try to confirm that she heard me correctly because she wouldn’t let me finish my sentence.

We ordered doubles but received singles instead. It was too much trouble to go back through the drive-thru.
