The girl with the faded pink hair needs to check her attitude this was on 10/23 at 7:20-7:25ish. I've always visited this Carls Jr and the service is always exceeded my expectations. However today it did not, my dad and I head her say 5 piece chicken tenders (what I ordered) and I went up and she said very rudely I didn't call you and I say anything to you. Which could have been handled two different ways. I did the grown up thing and walked away. And someone else gave me my order in stead. I wish she did so I could have checked her. But please correct her attitude. I also come from the fast food industry and I never treated a misunderstanding like this. -Thanks
I have visited this restaurant before using the drive-thru and had to wait a long time. However, today I decided to dine in and it was a great experience. The manager, Mary, seemed to have issues with managing the orders. I was the only one who placed an order in person and she completely ignored me for 7 minutes. She also had a bad attitude and needs to improve her customer service skills. I do not recommend this location.
First time I came they took forever but they seem to be low staffed so I waited. I came back a week later for jalapeño poppers they took around 20 minutes for a small order. If you wanna stop by for a quick snack, don't don't waste your time, you'll lose your hunger with the wait and there's literally no one in the store. The store is clean. I have yet to check the bathrooms.
The experience was acceptable, but the drive-thru intercom and headsets they use are not very good, which makes it hard for them to hear our orders clearly. As a result, our orders frequently come out incorrect. For example, I ordered two mini cakes but only got one and was only charged for one. It's not a major problem, but it can get frustrating after a while.

Never again will I buy Carl's I came through the drive-thru and as I get my food I took off and I hear the girl in the window yell with a bag so I stop and ask her is that mine and she answered rudely no so I turned around and then she yelled at me let's go move it while I was getting in my car. Very bad customer service

this place lacks stock on lids for coffee sodas you order cold coffee they do not have any you ask for a shake they do not have any so you get a coke with a coffee lid because they are outIf they do not have the right
I just pulled in to drive thru at 11:42pm and I was told they are closed. On Google it says they close at 12am. This is so bad for business. Good Night
