Carl's Jr. - Reserva de mesa

I ordered the Three-Piece Tender meal, but unfortunately, the tenders were burnt and difficult to chew. They resembled chicken nuggets more than actual tenders. While I've had better experiences in the past, today was disappointing. Given the rising inflation rates, I believe we deserve better quality food for the prices we're paying.

I had an amazing experience with the customer service! The gentleman who assisted me last night was incredibly friendly, patient, generous, humble, and very helpful! The loudspeaker always catches me off guard, but as I pull up, the automated female voice tells me about a deal, followed by a man with a deep voice. It’s quite the mix!

The service was extremely rude. The employee handed me a drink with the lid only partly on, and when it spilled all over my car, he just walked away. We had to call out for napkins. After he gave us the food, I tried to confirm if it was both orders, but he walked away while I was still speaking.

The restrooms were absolutely filthy. The staff needs to clean them and call a plumber. I can't even imagine what the kitchen must look like! We will never return!

Pretty good fish sandwich, especially since the one from their major competitor is suffering from shrinkflation .

Food is good but over price. 17 bucks for combo yikes.
