We ordered food.... it said it would be here at 5:24. Our front and back door were open. At 5:36 I was getting worried they got lost. I found my order at the back door. The door was open they could have yelled also there is a door bell. No one let us knowit was delivered. I looked to see when it was delivered it was 5:10. Our food was completely cold. I tried to call severaltimes and the number was busy. Not a happy customer! Our order totaled $43

I come often and they are very hardworking and they make conversation well when talking to us. I wish people were a lot nicer I’ve seen them deal with a lot of karens especially stuff they cant control. Often trying to drag me in. The dining is very clean and so is the area where they give food considering it’s open 24/7 wonder how they clean it. They ask me for what sauce I want and even listed what they have

Disgusting BBQ chicken sandwich that I brought back for a refund. It used to be my favorite. But this sandwich was inedible! It was chewy and slapped together with no care at all. Great employees up front. Zucchini bites good but pricey for the amount. 2 stars for the above.

Terrible service. I ordered $20 worth of food and homeless people were allowed to cut in front of my car after I had already placed my order, making me wait for them to be served first. I could see my bag of food getting cold from the window as it sat there for 5 minutes.

Milk shakes there sometimes move me beyond words in a good way, sometimes just ordinary, but really very spectacular when the weather is hot. Combos are a bit pricey for my pockets but the burgers are also a bit much for them. Overall good food and happy employees

No point of having all the lights on and big o’ sign of 24 HOUR DRIVETHRU but having a cone in the entrance of drive thru. scam. Its 1:45 AM and they’re chilling inside and not even answering their phone, thanks Santa Rosa Carls Jr.

I ordered a large fry from this restaurant that was only half full and cold. It took 20 minutes to spend $16 on cold food. I would not recommend wasting your money or time at this location.

When u go yourself they’re great, when u order through an app they take 30min to make ur meal.
