When I kindly asked the staff member, Max, for no ice in my tea—since it was already cold and I didn’t want it getting colder—there seemed to be a misunderstanding. I didn't mention my asthma, fearing that extremely cold drinks could aggravate it, but he insisted on giving me the drink with ice anyway. To my disappointment, I ended up with five large ice cubes in my drink. The chicken strips were cold and lacked flavor, and they were overpriced. The fried zucchini was somehow both overcooked and undercooked at the same time.
