I had a disappointing experience at this location. They do not answer phone calls and are dishonest about product availability for certain customers. I believe this location deserves an audit due to its unprofessional management. It's hard to believe there are no milkshakes available, especially since they are such a popular item. If the refrigerator or freezer is broken, it should have been repaired immediately, and I should have seen a technician working on it while I was there.
If this kind of treatment continues, I will consider taking further action. Additionally, I noticed they are putting very few Oreos in the shakes, yet I’m being overcharged simply for requesting less ice cream and...
When I visited Carl's Jr., the employee only included two napkins in my order. When I requested more, he gave me two additional napkins but said he couldn't provide any beyond that. After spending over $13, I was disappointed not to get extra napkins. I’d suggest skipping this spot and heading over to Jack in the Box across the street—it’s much more affordable!
Way too expensive! Even on their best day, the customer service is below average. The drinks were syrup-free, as usual, and the fries were lukewarm, also as usual. I gave an extra star only because the burgers at least tasted decent. Paying $15 for a single-patty burger from the drive-thru is ridiculous.
Food is so-so but it's conveniently close by. Usually a lot of homeless hanging around. I don't object to them being anywhere only to CONSTANTLY BEING ASKED FOR MONEY. I'm a senior on social security and I really don't have extra money to give out. Then I feel bad.

One of our orders was missed, and we didn't realize it until we got home. However, they managed the situation very well and resolved it effortlessly.
This location offers more competitive prices compared to others. The staff is excellent.
