My kids and I love this restaurant, and I often order from yorba linda blvd. I was passing the rose drive place, and I thought I'd take home some burgers. But the order taker was very arrogant and rude. When I asked about the kids' meal, she said Iordered a cheeseburger, apparently she didn't know the difference between cheese and kid's. So I said I wanted to order a combofor the child, which obviously doesn't confuse. She said yes, and then I said I need a combo, and she said sorry, you can't.I...?? Why?? This place makes me throw up. Way too much sauce, cheese, and buns are mushy. Lettuce is soggy and taste like wet paper. The food doesn't look good and it doesn't taste good either. Not to mention that the prices are also ridiculous. If you want to eatsomething slimy and expensive then go here. Workers/staff are nice but food is appalling. I'm not kidding when I say go anywhereelse but here...seriously...unless you're buying some coffee or cheesecake. I'm hoping that by writing this review I can savesome people from the suffering I experienced or the food poisoning my brother got from this place. Stay safe y'all.

I've given up on this Carl's I was the only one in the drive-thru and made my order. Got to the window and they asked what was my order because they didn't take it. And I left. Now I ordered a guacamole burger and it a baby spoon size amount of guacamoleon it. I know a lot of stores are out of stuff so they tell you that they are out. But don't try and fake it and give a taste ofwhat you are out of. Just say you are out. Well I'm saying I'm not going to this Carl's Jr anymore. There's plenty of themaround this area. Go here if you want disappointments.

I absolutely love the food here! The staff is very friendly and quick to take your order. The fries are always served warm, and the large soda is always refreshing. The restaurant is clean as well! I particularly enjoy ordering the three taquitos from the Green Burrito menu. It’s great that you offer Mexican food too. Kudos to all the employees for their hard work. Prices have doubled and quality cut in half Went drive thru, they had me park up front to improve their drive thru time, and received a cold burger AND FROZEN jalapeno poppers. This Carl's had always had a quality problem, but ever since David themanager left it's been down hill FAST. $8 for a cold western? This restaurant is the closest to my home, and I always had great service here. Although they no longer offer the Promotional Beyond Spicy BBQ that I used to enjoy, I still made my request. The food was delicious and well-prepared. The place was very clean, adhered to Covid safety protocols, and the staff were wearing masks.

Craig was very friendly with a friendly smile. He communicated well with the other staff to ensure that my complex order was made perfect. He offered me to try the New Diablo Burger and when I went back, he continued professionally with excellent customer service. Thanks for a welcoming visit.
