At Carl's Jr., I ordered the $6 special and asked if I could pay the difference to upgrade to a large Coke. I was told yes, but when the bill came, it was nearly $12 for a $6 combo. I understand the large drink costs extra, but this was misleading. Won’t be returning. The menu should be clearer about pricing.
I noticed a large sign at the restaurant promoting the 2 Big Carl deal, but when I went inside to order, I was charged $3.27. I was in a hurry and didn't want to argue over the additional $1.27. It wasn't really about the money; I just felt like they were taking advantage of the customer.
Found a long hair in my burger—enough said. The restaurant didn’t answer the phone after three attempts, and their voicemail was full, so I couldn’t leave a message. I definitely won’t be returning!

Unfortunately, the burger was cold and tasted stale, which explains why it was prepared so quickly. I regret not choosing a different place.
