Unfortunately, my recent visit to Carl's Jr. was disappointing. The grilled chicken had an odd texture that I can't quite describe, and this has been a consistent issue for me over the years—it’s made me hesitant to order grilled chicken again. This is frustrating because I really enjoy the flavors of the fried chicken club. When I called to express my concerns, I mentioned that if I returned, I hoped they would fix the issue. Unfortunately have to say terrible service, Was out of all the Hand breaded chicken Sandwiches somebody not ordering, Not accommodating, Out of a lot of things. Attitude, Is bad customer service. Ordered 3 chicken tenders because they were out of allof them. That was all that they had. And to be fair they were overcooked and Dry at best. Had to pay a $1.40 Extra charge foronion rings But were best terrible, We're dry And fell apart. I really enjoy fast food. I often treat myself to a Big Mac from McDonald's or a Frosty from Wendy's; it's a routine I like. However, nothing compares to the warm welcome I received at Carl's Jr. in Happy Valley earlier this week. At 76 years old and facing some mobility issues, I was especially grateful for the help from a young gentleman named Jack, who kindly showed me to a table and assisted me with my order. The whole staff was attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Without a doubt, this was the best food and service I have ever experienced.

Horrible waste of money and time. Drive thru took forever!! I wouldn't have minded the wait if the food was good, but that was the worst. No flavor, in the burgers and nuggets, and the fries tasted old and stale. I understand it's fast food, but Wendy'sand even McDonald's is leaps and bounds better than that garbage we ate last night. It was certainly an improvement over McDonald's. The fries were fresh and crunchy, and I could tell that my burger was made to order. The staff member at the counter was friendly and courteous, making me feel valued rather than just another face in the crowd.

Kitchen took time to make sure the burger was made well and not just slapped together, and the lovely gal at the counter brought me a fresh hot order of fries to replace the older ones without me even asking. Excellent service!

I just love the Big Carl and the burgers are always flame broiled and fresh and the employees here are very good I'm getting my order correct and always get plenty of napkins!

Please update your hours online and posted on the door. If you close early at least let people know. Don't waste time here. Reserva una mesa ahora
