Unfortunately, I didn't enjoy my visit this time. The grilled chicken had an unusual texture that was hard to describe, and this has been a recurring issue for me over the years—enough to convince me not to order grilled chicken again. It's disappointing because I really love the flavors of the fried chicken club. When I called, I mentioned that if I came back, I hoped they would get it right. This is the only reason I didn’t give a lower rating. However, I ultimately decided not to return, and I felt like throwing away the sandwich I ordered. On top of the chicken's texture, I also accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich because I didn't notice the new food numbers, and it just didn't suit...

Overall, I find fast food to be quite enjoyable. I often indulge in a Big Mac from McDonald's or a Frosty from Wendy's; it's a familiar routine for me. However, I have never felt as welcomed in a restaurant as I did earlier this week at the Carl's Jr. location in Happy Valley. At 76 years old and with some mobility challenges, I truly appreciated the assistance of a young gentleman named Jack. He kindly guided me to a table and helped me place my order. The entire staff was attentive and ensured I had everything I needed. This was, without a doubt, the best food and service I've ever had the privilege of experiencing.

It was definitely better than McDonald's. The fries were fresh and crispy, and I could tell that my burger hadn’t been sitting around. The girl behind the counter was friendly and polite, making me feel like I wasn’t just another customer in a long line.
