It was early afternoon and I thought I would try Carl 's drive-thru. After being greeted I was asked to be on hold for a minute, which was fine by me as it gave me time to peruse the menu (I was not familiar with what they offered), however, the delay was VERY long. I said, Hello a couple of times and was about to drive up to the window assuming that maybe the speaker system wasn 't working properly. Finally, someone came on to take my order. I asked what the difference was between two of the burger and instead of answer, she took it as me ordering two meals. I had to repeat it carefully and I finally did get an answer. FAST REVIEW Food: Hamburgers have been pretty consistent on taste and how it's cooked. Hot and juicy. Toppings seem fresh and the buns are chewy. Atmosphere: Seems pretty clean not too much things lying around the tables and it seems to be wiped down. Bright and roomy. Never packed when I go around noon. Service: Fairly standard orders are smooth. Some happyish faces and others not so much but the job/service goes through or gets done. Thoughts: I tend to go for the burger deals for $2.99 fairly good bang for your buck if you have a burger craving. Well be back.
We have been trying to support restaurant's in our community during Covid but never again. They have the dining room closed off and only 2 tables beside each other by the door to eat at. No social distance available unfortunately and everyone walking by as you try to eat. The food was warm and the order was incorrect. Sad waste of $40.
This was my first time at a Carl Jr, It was a nice change from other more known fast food establishments. Quite a variety and not necessarily healthy choice..LOL. Great food, made hot to order. One of the guys that works here has an amazing attitude regarding customer service. Always checks in and asks if there is anything he can do or you would like. Restaurants can't even get this right let alone fast food. Great job! Love coming here.
