Not sure why reviews here are so low. I have always had pleasant experiences at Carl's Jr as a chain, as well as this spot. I will say that their burgers are 2nd to only in-n-out. They are very delicious and from what I've seen prices have remained consistent during this massive inflation lately too. I just ordered the big cheese burger but it was delicious. Cooked very well and had lots of flavor. I add a little bit of their buffalo sauce too and it's icing on the cake! The drive thru attendant was also very sweet and wished us a happy thanksgiving too!
Customer service was lacking; placed my order on the drive thru, it wasn't at any point confirmed and was given a smaller total than I expected upon handling my card to the drive thru employee (first time I heard the total) then when my receipt was returned it did not have the criss cut fries I had asked for and had missed one of the 2 meals I asked for. When I honked lightly to get her attention (she never looked back after returning my card) she was upset and said that's why she had confirmed my order. Hope her day gets better.
I was taken aback by how disappointing my experience was when picking up an online order. It was my first visit to this restaurant, and the employee who assisted me was quite rude. After looking at other reviews, it seems this place has significant staff issues. I've come across reports of unacceptable behavior, including spitting in food. The main concern seems to be an employee who appears to lack commitment to their job. If you're unhappy working there, perhaps it's time to consider a different career!
The food was simply outstanding! I ordered the Guacamole Bacon Burger, and it was incredible! I also sampled the chicken wraps—one BBQ and one Santa Fe—and they were both fantastic! The cashier was really friendly, and the atmosphere was delightful. The restaurant was immaculate, including the restrooms! I had a great time and I will definitely return soon; the price is absolutely justified for such a wonderful experience! As for parking, the spaces were clean and free of any trash.

Spit in my Famous Star. Please try to tell me this looks rite.I was super patient and very kind but the extremely rude girl in the drive through was obviously having a bad night so I decided to open my burger before I took a bite and look hat I see? Disgusting that someone would do this.She is going to do this to the wrong person one of these days and who knows what will happen.
The prices are excessive for the food quality and the long wait time at the drive-thru. I was shocked to pay $22 for a sandwich meal and wait more than 15 minutes with only one car ahead of me. They definitely need to make improvements!
This was the first time I’ve been back to Carls Jr. in sound 20 years. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t as good as it used to be. The food didn’t seem as fresh as I remember. The waffle fries were great though.

This is one of the cleanest fast-food restaurants I've been to. The food was fresh, and the staff were friendly and laid-back. However, they did run out of toilet paper.
I used to enjoy it, but after finding hair in my burger twice, I couldn't eat there anymore.
