Stopped by the drive-thru for a breakfast burrito. They forgot to give me a straw for my beverage. I parked and went in to ask the cashier. The music in the kitchen was SO LOUD, I couldn't call out to get her attention. Fortunately I found straws in the lobby. I don't know how walk-in customers would get her attention to place an order. I get it. I've listened to music while doing food service. But the volume in their kitchen is usually reserved for after closing time.
The fast food service here is the slowest I've ever experienced. Every time I approached the front, I ended up waiting for at least 20 minutes with no sign of my order. Eventually, I went inside to inquire, only to find out that they had accidentally given my food to someone else. They didn't inform me of the mix-up and just kept me waiting instead.
One lady at this restaurant wasn?t wearing gloves while working with food. I was eating my burger, and my friend noticed. That is absolutely appalling, especially with the virus. I literally spit the food out. They should know better
