Carl's Jr. Slacks Creek

After finishing a task nearby, I drove past this burger spot that brought back memories of my first visit in May. It was the first time I noticed it was open. I walked in and was pleasantly surprised to find a place that serves such a wide variety of burgers for breakfast. Unsure of what to get, I ordered a classic burger deal with fries and a drink. To be honest, I don't usually have such a hearty meal in the morning. As a result, I couldn't finish it, but what I did leave behind was a great impression of the generous portion sizes and quality of the food. I'm considering exploring its other locations in the future, and I would definitely recommend this burger place.

Second encounter with this particular young girl who is mostly on front. **** terrible customer service. First experience was drive thru one time when she put a hot drink lid on the cup of sprite and gave a straw. I asked her for proper lid to which she said we ran out. So I asked then why bother giving straw? Anyway I parked thecar and went in to get the correct lid from the drink station. Second time after waiting over 20mins for my 2 combo order, I asked to give me fresh fries This is fresh . Girl, how about you go and clean the dishes instead of serving customers because you are clearly incompetent. Overpriced, terrible and slow customer service.

I found the service at this restaurant to be incredibly slow, and I was disappointed with the lack of food options. When my meal finally arrived, it was fresh and decent, but not worth the wait. The prices for the burgers are quite high given the overall experience. I would rate the food a 2/5, the service a 3/5, and the atmosphere a 1/5. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

Overall the food isn't that bad. But it is way too expensive for what you get. If the food was cheaper it would be worth eating here but the prices just make it a once a 3 month thing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming as expected. The food was fresh but the portion sizes just were not up to standard for an Aussie meal. A little bit disappointing to be honest. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, and the staff were incredibly polite. They inadvertently forgot my fries, but they were very kind and apologetic, quickly making it right. I ordered the double western bacon, and it was absolutely delicious. I will definitely return!

The team at Carl's Jr. is always friendly, and the food is served hot. The manager and staff are a valuable asset to the brand. Keep up the great work—this has become our new favorite spot for lunch and brunch!
