First experience, saw something about it on Instagram, and turns it's not even 2 minutes from my place of work, so figured I'd try it out.Service was pretty quick- simple transaction. Had to listen to a 2 minute conversation of pure Boston accent small talk while standing right in front of the cashier but I'm not really in a rush so I'm unbothered. Checked prices beforehand so I wasn't shocked. However when I get back to the office I take my (teriyaki steak and cheese) out and they wrapped it like a poor baby being left off at the fire station at 3 in the morning. Ive been a long time customer. This was my favorite sub shop. I Was here on Feb. 25th 2024. I walk in to pick up my called in order of two steak subs. The man behind the counter totally ignored me. Never made eye contact. I was the only customer in the shop at the time.. He then proceeds to turn his back to me and chat with other employees. Then a male customer walks in, and the man behind the counter, turns and acknowledges him. Im still waiting. After 5 minutes the woman who also saw me when I first walked in finally asks me if I need help.The man can't say he didn't see me. The hype is real and I rarely write google reviews, I heard about this place from coworkers. I got a steak and cheese and wife got Maui burrito. Both very good, I’ll be coming
