We recently had a family celebration in the upstairs function room, Sinatra's. It is a beautiful room equipped with a speaker for personalized playlists, and the room rate includes staff assistance. We opted for the second food package which included pizzas, pasta, chicken, and ribs, all of which were delicious and enjoyed by everyone. The staff were friendly and helped with arrangements and service. However, our night was somewhat tainted when the bar downstairs turned up their music to an excessively loud level, drowning out our own music. Our toasts couldn't be heard by guests at the back. Carmelo's staff had no trouble accommodating our group of 12 on a Saturday evening. The pizza, pasta, and wine were all fantastic and arrived quickly. They even sang happy birthday to my friend and surprised him with a chocolate brownie and candles. The bar area is lovely for post-meal drinks, with a variety of cocktails and live music. The French Martini was especially delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the area. Thank you for a wonderful meal!
Last went three years ago, when the food was bland and the service poor. Well time moved on, and today it was vastly improved Being picky, the portions a tad too big across the board. A starter would be a main for most people My starter the mussels, was bigger than some restaurants offer as a main! Otherwise, vastly improved from the tasteless food from three years ago Keep up the good work !
We went for my daughters birthday,nothing was too much trouble food was great we wouldn,t hesitate to return, not sure who the guy was i think the owner what a lovely guy great with the kids so well done everyone from the kitchen staff to the front of house we would deffo return thanks again everyone.
I stopped by this morning with half an hour to spare before a doctor's appointment. Even though the restaurant was closed, we were warmly welcomed and offered coffee. It was a kind gesture, especially since my elderly mother needed to rest. We were very touched by the hospitality.
When went as a family of 5 adults and a 9month old. The staff went above and beyond making the experience perfect. The food was delicious would recommend any day. The service was outstanding . They easily accommodated my grandsons needs. They made the whole experience wonderful.
We booked a table for a Saturday evening just two of us. It was bouncing a fabulous atmosphere and live music .. we don’t normally go out on a Saturday but we will in future.. the bar area was wonderful also the food and service impeccable thanks Kamilla for your great service.
