By far the best carnitas all around Perris. I have been buying carnitas, menudo and birria from Carnitas Michoacan for almost three years now and they never disappoint. Their carnitas are perfectly seasoned and their homemade tortillas are delicious. The staff is friendly and always happy to see new faces as well as returning clients weekend after weekend. The tables are constantly cleaned to ensure the environment is clutter free and inviting.
