We went to Carolina Ale House with a large group after a baseball game. The wings were good, the beer was cold and the service was good. Our waiter Robert did a fantastic job. Some of the other people in our group weren’t so lucky. They waited over 1 hour to get a few burgers. We paid our bill by the time they received their food. It was their 25th anniversary and they had a lot of things planned for later that evening. Despite the big night, we were told they only had 4 people in the kitchen. I ordered a door dash yesterday from here. I have dined in before a few times and it was always a great time. I am in love with the Cobb salad! Unfortunately I cannot recommend the Braised Brisket French Dip. Mine arrived with no dip which made me quite disappointed . I get it, mistakes happen. But for a $14 sandwich I actually felt pretty ripped off. It had two extremely dry, almost bacon-like strips of beef and a weak amount of cheese. I did order without onions, but if the onions missing is what made mine so skimpy, I’d suggest they call it the onion sandwich with braised brisket jerky. I only visited this establishment because of a group meeting. It was extremely hot in the areas where we were seated. The server didn't exhibit the experience to handle a large party. The patio was dark and just plain hot and uncomfortable. The windows were open with no screens, and my purse almost fell out the window. Now on to the food, it was so awful, I forgot to take a picture. I ordered Fried Chicken Alfredo. First of all, the chicken was fried so hard that there was only crunch, no meat, and then the spoonful of Alfredo sauce was so watered down that there was no flavor at all. I returned my entree. We have visited the same location several times at varied times of day and varied days of the week. There is of course times of lower volume (our preferred is Mondays mid afternoon) but the quality and care of service and food remains delightful and flavor filled both figuratively and factually. You will never be disappointed by making the trip and taking the time.

Mashed potatoes were dry and grainy, the new harvest chicken salad was dry and milly, and then we sent our food back countless times because the kitchen was very unorganized apparently. Our family won’t be back again but good luck with the business.
I had Coleman as my bartender tonight! Me and five of my friends were served quickly and were very well taken care of! food came out and it was amzing i had the 5-artisan cheese spinach dip highly recommend!!!
