I've never given a bad review but this has to be said. As an Uber eats driver I've lost hundreds in deliveries waiting for them just to hand me the food. Today I waited 23 minutes for them to hand from the window to me. The order was done the entire time. I gave them the name 3 times, still took 23 minutes while they talked and played on their phones. As an Uber driver I will never take another request from Carolinas, the service is absolutely horrible.
There was stick in my burrito. I hurt the inside of cheek. And wanted to throw up. Why. The girl at front was not even happy she was in blah mood. Worst experience. I came my 82 year old mom like red burritos. I always get bad end. I just left there like 25 minutes ago or so. I drove from 92 st Thomas to get bad food and bad customer service.
I'm giving Carolinas all 5 stars. The staff is super friendly. The restaurant is always super clean, but most of all.... the red chili burrito is amazing. I've had all kinds of Mexican food all over the valley but there's something special about Carolinas red chili.
Total chaos, you have to wait 20 minutes for an online order placed 15 min ago, this is just plain lack of respect for peoples time, plus the girls are really rude, they practically throw your food on the counter, they aren’t the nicest workers! Reserva una mesa ahora
They keep getting my order wrong. I'm deathly allergic to cheese and they keep adding cheese when I select/say no cheese. I want a full refund on my order
Food is delicious . People there are very nice provide discounts to medical veterans. Thank you Carolina's.
