Carpo's - Reservar una mesa

My wife was here regularly, but only this week I could accompany her for the first time at Carpo's. Carpo's is a local favorite for good reasons the food is great, the menu selection is wide, the prices are favorable for the area, it is easy to get and they have some good craft beer on tap. I enjoyed an excellent Tri-Tip sandwich for $11,90 $11,50 3.5% for payment with a credit card. It came on a delicious roll with garlic and onions, loved it despite the missing sides. She had the grilled chicken breast sandwich $13.97 and noticed that it was one of the best she had anywhere. Carpos in Soquel is known for the salad bar that people love. They also have the best chocolate milk shakes; they make them back like they used to the day. You have a great menu to choose from. Daily specialties are always good. My favorites are the chicken teeth, the fishermen's basket, and the skewered shrimps with pasta and vegetables. The food always tastes super fresh and is perfectly cooked. Must try if you're in Soquel.

I pretty much just have the salad there cause it is the BEST however whenever I've tried anything else it's delicious too. (Great calamari). I just wish they had a one trip salad for a little less than the salad bar. If they did I'd order an entree more often.

Really a great local spot, historically scrumptious food, courteous staff, quick eats for the hungry and great environment. My only suggestion is to add raisins or cranberries to the salad bar. Thank you for the sticker!

Eat here for the first time. Love the atmosphere, the food is decent! Come on!
