We HAD TO go back! We went to Carrabba's last month with another couple. This was another date night for us. We decided to sit at the bar this time. Kim was our bartender and she took care of us. We started out with a couple Sangri-Ritas. Now we're hooked. This is one of the best drinks we've had in a long time. I think we had 3 or 4 drinks eachbecause they were just that good For our appetizer, we tried the Cozze in Bianco aka Mussels (yeah I got excited and forgot to take a picture smh). It was a decent sized bowl that we shared. The mussels were in a lemon, garlic butter sauce. It was more garlic than I wanted but it didn't take away from the taste. I thought it would've been more of a broth that we could've eaten with our bread. But it was still A+. For our entrees, she had the Simply Grilled Salmon with Spinach and a Caesar Salad and I had the Johnny Trio with grilled shrimp in Fettuccine Alfredo (10oz sirloin marsala, Chicken Bryan, and Shrimp Alfredo). My steak was a little over cooked but they corrected that quickly. Everything tasted absolutely great! Kudos to the chef and cooks behind the scene! I'm sure we'll be back again soonOh yeah..we finished off our meal with YET ANOTHER drink
