Last night, my dining experience here was a tale of two stories. On one hand, the service was impeccable. Our server, Jalynn, was a delight—attentive with down right phenomenal customer service, and genuinely warm. She made sure our evening flowed smoothly, anticipating our needs without being intrusive. Today I placed a carside to go order I ordered 2 full spaghetti with angel hair and meat sauce, with an extra cup of meat sauce on the side for each one. 2 shrimp scampi with an extra cup of scampi sauce for each one. 2 regular salads with ranch dressing. I did not get even one salad and no extra shrimp scampi sauce. I love carrabba's but this has happened on my orders far too many times and I have never said anything, but now it's like I know now everything I order I'm not going to get evetything. Wonderful place and I have eaten at many Carrabba's and they are exceptional. Meet my Mom for her 92nd birthday and my two brothers. The staff took wonderful care of us and the food was delicious! Go and eat here!
Tiffany was amazing! I feel like the food could have had a little bit more flavor! It had just opened so not many people there. All in all it was a good experience.

The chicken marsala was delightful. And the asparagus was cooked to perfection . But I think they changed their Sangria recipe; it wasn't great like it used to be.
Evelynn provided incredible service. Although we encountered some issues with our food that weren't her fault, she managed everything perfectly.
Portions are TINY and extremely expensive for what you get. We were very disappointed by our visit. The service was great though!
Food was not good. All came out like you'd expect, was well cooked and looked good. Flavors were just not what I hoped.
