Carrabba's Italian Grill Kennesaw

We decided to have an early dinner the Friday before Memorial Day and the original restaurant we headed for was crowded and had no handicapped parking so we headed for the next one on my possible list and thank goodness it was Carrabba's. We're both disabled and going out is a choice not made lightly. Wait was approx 20 to 30 minutes but the weather was nice so we went to wait on the patio. A server came out to clear a table and my husband asked him if he was serve us out there. He said yes but explained he had tables inside so be patient. If you go to Carrabba's, ask for Nigel because he's a gem. He never missed a beat from drinks to the check. And the food was amazing. Fresh Capprese to appetizers to entrees, we thoroughly enjoyed the entire meal more than we have in yrs. And we've dined in some top restaurants across the country. Despite this being a chain, this was superb. We'll be back.

Being able to get in line online was super helpful. The place was packed but our wait time was not too long. Good menu no one left hungry. We would have taken left overs but had travel plans the next day. Excellent staff. Helpful, pleasant attentive but not hovering. We could see a lot of the activity and although everyone was busy, it was apparent that there was good cooperation and teamwork. One negative it was very loud (especially as we and an even larger party were being seated, settling in and ordering).

Sabrina is the best waitress you will ever experience in your life! She is so attentive and we felt like we were the only table she served, although it was a busy sat night. She made our anniversary dinner special and the food was delicious. My husband and I waited both tables and have high standards. This Carrabba is one of the best. Very recommended

Wife's meal was too salty. The Manager came over, very nicely apologized and brought another dish out in 4 minutes. Excellent service. Our waiter was also excellent. Gave us time to enjoy our appetizer, then salad, then brought dinner. Meal was not rushed like some other times. Thanks for a great meal!

Place was packed, so I ended up at the bar. The bartenders were great, the brown hairy guy. Food was amazing, very fast, delicious. Atmosphere was fun bartenders were great and fun to watch. I'm definitely back.
