We had family in town this week and decided to reserve a table for 9 at Carrabba's on University to get together. Daniel C. was our server and he was exceptoional! Great communication, great service and took on a table with a few seprarate checks with no issue. I noticed what a good worker he was outside of just our table too. The food was delicious, and staff was great as well. I can not say enough good about Daniel though. I work in restaurants quite a bit and I grew up bussing, bar backing and bar tending a bit. I was really impressed with his service and how well he did with our family. Thank you guys for a great night out. We will definitely be back and may request Daniel as our server...
Best bread and olive oil herb mix! We eat too much of the bread before our dinners show up to the table and end up having to take home part of our meals. We eat here all the time and it's always consistent! We are also Dine Rewards members and I recommend joining the Dine Rewards program as it's free and you receive discounts! We order the Tuscan Chicken w asparagus angel hair pasta and marinara sauce for sides. Many of the servers have been here for a long time and they are professionals. The ambiance is always comfortable and very clean. This is a terrific quick Italian meal for 2!
First time at this location. Actually first time at a Carrabbas! I was pleasantly surprised along with my girlfriend. Bread is hearty and olive oil is delicious. They serve a blend of seasoning which is amazing , we actually purchased some. We both had Rocco salad mine with grilled chicken. The chicken was moist and tender and the salad was crisp and fresh. Big portion as well. Our waitress was awesome! Sweet and genuine I think her name was Brie Will definitely be back
We had the best ding experience at UTC Carrabas. We chose prix fixe , which was 65 for two. We had excellent salads And well prepared shrimp scampi appetizer. Great entrees and NY style cheesecake w strawberry sauce. Add some wine and Peroni draft beer and, Va Bene ! Staff was so eager for us to have a great evening!
