The square sea is a beautiful place, food is excellent and we go there every year, several times as much in the restaurant as in private beach. However, I was repeatedly disappointed by the reception of some servers and waitresses. The reception was sometimes non-existent, we really had the impression of disturbing them and the smile and friendliness was not at the rendezvous. Given the rate (which is justified by the setting and quality of the food) and the standing of the establishment, I find that this kind of behaviour is unacceptable and not professional. However other servers and waitresses were on the other hand very kind so to emphasize also. I hope this will not happen again because...
Very good time spent on the closing day of this paillotte. The kitchen is excellent and the perfect cooking (we have tasted the black and holy jacque rice risotto as well as the tuna), the service is friendly, the atmosphere created by the decoration is tasteful and original The only flat being the fairly high price with the paid trims to accompany the dishes.
Tourist place ...very expensive, though what we ate was correct. What is a little less correct is the rather haughty behavior of some staff..Happyly a charming young woman answered our request ....
A nice place, good dishes but servers a little too eager to finish their day. We ate very well, and hope to have a coffee after our dessert but after 3/4 hours we decided to leave. A little pity.

Very nice experience in the square sea. The place is very nice. The plates are well presented. It's hearty and very good. I loved the risotto to the Saint James.
One of the best paillotes in Montpellier. Very good mattress, very comfortable. The food is good. And service too. I recommend this place
The frame, reception and staff very well but the prices of the dishes simply exaggerated
